What it solves.
Running an event is enough work already. This is what stops being done by hand.
Before: The list lives in a spreadsheet only you understand.
Now: Upload that same spreadsheet and each family gets its own link.
Before: Getting RSVPs means chasing every guest by message.
Now: Guests RSVP with one tap, and you see it right away, with how many people are coming.
Before: Seating is done on paper and changes ten times.
Now: You arrange it on the venue’s floor plan, in 2D or 3D. And with a link, the couple can seat their own guests.
Before: At the door there is a printed list and a line.
Now: You check guests in with each invitation’s QR code, from an iPad or a phone. Your staff use their own link.
Before: Nobody knows which table is theirs.
Now: Each guest sees their table and the path from the entrance. A poster with a QR code helps them find it.
Before: The photos stay scattered across a hundred phones.
Now: Guests upload photos and videos with a QR code, and they show up live on the venue’s screen.
How it works, in six steps.
They are the same six steps as the video. Each one works in the platform today.
- 1
Upload your spreadsheet.
Drag in your list with names, cell numbers, how many people each invitation covers and the table, if you already have it. It takes .csv files too.
- 2
Send by WhatsApp.
Each family gets its message with a personal link, by WhatsApp or text. You write the message or the AI does, in Spanish or English.
- 3
Guests RSVP with one tap.
The guest opens their invitation, confirms and says how many are coming. They can add it to their calendar and open directions in Google Maps, Apple Maps or Waze.
- 4
Arrange the tables.
Upload a photo or PDF of the venue’s floor plan: the AI finds the tables, the dance floor and the entrances. Then you seat each guest, in 2D or 3D.
- 5
Check in with QR.
At the door you scan each guest’s pass and see their table and how many people are with them. Arrivals are counted live.
- 6
Live album.
Put the QR code on each table: guests upload photos and videos, and they appear on the venue’s screen while the party is on.
Every guest, a seat.
This is how a venue looks as replies come in: each seat takes the color of its guest’s answer, and each guest sees the path from the entrance to their table. Drag to turn it.

The people who build it answer you.
Invitations is a product of Empyrean Systems, in Austin, Texas. If something doesn’t work or you’re not sure how to do it, write to us: the same team that builds the platform answers.
- In Spanish and English The platform, the invitations and the help.
- Help with your first list If your spreadsheet doesn’t upload the first time, we go through it with you.
- Clear messages When something fails, the screen tells you what happened and what to do.
- Your data, looked after Each business sees only its own data. We don’t sell data or use it for advertising, and twelve months after an event is closed, the guests' cell numbers are deleted.
What’s next.

Frequently asked questions.
How much does it cost?
Creating your account and preparing the event is free, no card needed. You pay once when you activate it to send the invitations: from $39 per event (up to 60 guests). If you run several events, there's a 5-event pack for $249 and the Pro plan for $590 a year. If you haven't sent any invitations, you can ask for a refund within 14 days. See all prices.
Do my guests have to install anything?
No. The invitation is a link that opens in the phone’s browser.
Does it work in English?
Yes. Each guest can get their invitation in Spanish or English, and the dashboard is in both languages too.
What do I need for the venue’s floor plan?
A photo, a screenshot or the PDF the venue gives you. The AI finds the tables, the dance floor and the entrances, and you adjust it.
What happens to the album photos?
After the event they can be viewed and downloaded. The album is deleted 100 days after the event.
Who sees my guests' data?
Only your business. Each guest sees only their own invitation, through their personal link. Text and designs made with AI use the event’s details, never your guests' data.
Does it work for company events?
Yes. It works for any event with a guest list: weddings, quinceañeras, baptisms, birthdays, dinners and corporate events.
